Step 2: Choose Artwork

Whether you have print ready art, need help editing an existing logo or design, or would like to come up with a completely new and fresh design, our team of graphic artists are here to guide you through the process and ensure you get exactly what you want.  Check out our Art & Design page for more information.

 
Step 3: Choose a Decoration Method
There are several different applications or methods of decoration available to give you the best look or help fit within your budget.  If you already have a preferred method of decoration let us know!  If not, call (631) 298-4552 and speak to one of our production specialist to find the best method for your product.  Check out Our Capabilities to learn more.
 
Step 4: Review & Approve Your Order
Once we have artwork, products and a method to decorate, our sales and solutions specialist will create a digital quote with proofs attached to each line item for your approval.  Once we have received your approval your order will be processed for production!

Once you have placed the original order, the hard work is done!  When it is time to place a reorder, simply call (631) 298-4552 or email us at info@eesgcustomapparel.com with your request and we will send you copies of previous orders placed with saved designs or an updated quote with changes.

Our policy for customer-owned garments for decoration is as follows:

1. Quality of Goods: We will only accept customer-owned garments that are in good condition, clean, and free from any damage or stains. This ensures that the final decoration will meet our quality standards.

2. Minimum Order:  24 peice minimum required for all customer owned orders. 

All items must be the same style.

All items must be decorated in the same way. 3. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of customer-owned garments, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the decoration process. Customers are advised to provide garments that they do not consider to be of high value or sentiment. 4. Consent for Decoration: By submitting customer-owned garments to us for decoration, customers are giving their consent for us to modify or alter the garments as necessary to complete the requested decoration. This may include stretching, hooping, or applying heat to the garments. 5. Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse decoration on certain types of garments that are not suitable for the chosen decoration method. This includes but is not limited to delicate fabrics, loosely woven or knitted materials, and garments with unconventional shapes or sizes. 7. No Refunds or Exchanges: Once customer-owned garments are submitted for decoration, there will be no refunds or exchanges permitted. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their instructions and garment selection prior to submission. Please note that this policy may be subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy before submitting any customer-owned garments for decoration.

Art & Design Approval Process

Our designers review every aspect of your order to ensure everything will print and embroider perfectly. Every order comes with free design optimization, so you never have to worry about exact placement, colors, pixelation, sizing, or alignment. We take care of everything.

Step 1: Artwork Creation And/Or Review

Artwork is given to us every way imaginable; from a simple explanation over the phone, to high-resolution art files sent via email. Once we know what we’re working with, our talented team of graphic artists go through every single design to ensure quality and accuracy.

It is our commitment to our customers to review every piece of artwork before production.

Step 2: Customer Approval

Our proofing guidelines are in place to optimize both your experience and our production process in order to deliver high quality products on-time. How we treat your order will depend on whether this is your first order or you are reordering a design we’ve printed before.

Each and every order receives professional design support. Our design experts will review your order to ensure your idea looks outstanding when printed on quality garments. We check the size of your art against industry standards and make sure that it’s properly aligned on the garments you’ve selected. We want you and your creativity to look your best! Our design experts will make enhancements along the way as they review.

We will send you a digital sample of our design team’s updated work. In our industry, that’s called a “proof” – it’s your opportunity to see what the final design will look like on the apparel you’ve selected. We’ll ask that you review and approve that proof before printing begins to make sure we have every detail just right. The quicker you can respond with approval or changes, the more time we can spend focused on doing what we do best — printing your design on your apparel.

Step 3: Production Begins

Your order is ready for production! We always print orders ahead of time or on schedule for your guaranteed delivery date.

Art & Design Services

Creating designs from scratch

Often times, customers simply let us know what they’d like to see, and we create using industry leading design software. Once we finish the design, we will email you a copy of your proofs so that you can review the artwork before printing.

Taking an existing design to the next level

If you have a simple design that you would like to work with, simply send us your rough draft and we’ll make changes or add details for you. Common revisions include adding extra colors, shading, fine lines, and more. For new orders of five pieces or more, we will send you a design proof showing the finished artwork, and you will have the final say on whether it is approved for printing.

Brand logos and print-ready artwork

Whether you are starting out with print-ready or vector artwork, or simply have a specific request for sizing, placement or colors, our designers are experts in creating artwork with even the strictest of guidelines. Let us know your requirements, and we will work with you to make sure that everything comes out perfectly!

Most of our customers rest assured knowing that in addition to seeing a proof, our team of experts will be reviewing your order to ensure quality and accuracy. However, we know that sometimes circumstances may also require a printed sample.

How Does Pricing Work?

We are unlike our competitors when it comes to pricing, and we’re very proud of that. We have what we call a “rolling discount” that helps make our products as affordable for our customers as possible. 

All-Inclusive Pricing

We have simplified pricing to just a price per piece, which means there’s no hidden fees or misleading add-ons. Other companies will quote a low initial price to attracts customers, and then tack on hundreds and even thousands of dollars in different fees and costs. With EESG Custom Apparel, the price you see is the price you get. Period. Our price quotes include everything.

Average T-Shirt Pricing Table

When it comes to screen printing and embroidery pricing, quantity is king. The more you buy, the cheaper the average t-shirt price will become. The pricing chart below depicts the cost of a custom white t-shirt with a one-color design, as well as a custom colored t-shirt with a one-color design.

A purchase order is an official document that lists the terms of your purchase and guarantees payment for goods and services rendered by your organization. Your purchase order paperwork must list the quantity of goods and total price that your organization will pay, and must be signed by an authorized purchaser with your organization.

Intellectual Property, Trademark and Copyright Policy

Welcome to the Intellectual Property Content Policy (the “Policy”) of EESG, Inc. DBA EESG Custom Apparel (hereinafter “EESG”), establishing the guidelines for submission of materials to EESG.  Any materials submitted by you to EESG, including, without limitation, photographs, videos, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, “Designs”) are subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy. By using EESG, you agree that everything you upload, store, or use on the Site complies with this Policy, and you accept liability for any non-compliant Designs.

Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by this Policy and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Policy.  EESG reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to this Policy at any time without prior notice.

 

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will retain ownership of any submitted Designs, and you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual irrevocable right and license, with right of sublicense (through multiple tiers), to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of and publicly display such Designs solely in connection with the production or provision of any product or service you request or to show you how your Designs would appear in our products or services. For example, when you place an order for a product, we will prepare, manipulate (if necessary), and transmit the Design for production, packaging and shipment.  In addition, you grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publicly display, sell, and distribute the Design in advertising, marketing, samples, and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the Site. Without limitation, this promotion, marketing, or advertising may consist of: (i) display of your products; (ii) promotional “streams” of audio/video/photographic content on the Site, (iii) Design placement in magazines, television shows, movies, and other media; and (iv) the promotion of the Site through third party feeds. 

Please note that, while you retain ownership of your Design, EESG contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, templates, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “EESG Content”). This Site and all EESG Content are the copyrighted property of EESG and/or its subsidiaries or the copyrighted property of parties from whom EESG has licensed such property. All rights EESG Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the EESG Content except as expressly allowed in this Policy. EESG reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the EESG Content at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the EESG Content remain the property of EESG and its licensors.

  1. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the Designs, and that the Designs do not and will not:

a. infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret right or other intellectual property or other property right of any third party;

b. invade or otherwise violate the privacy and/or publicity rights of any individual; 

c. violate any laws or possesses or transmit fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable materials.

You also represent that there are no outstanding disputes in connection with the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights in the Design or any part of the Design. 

  1. You consent to the use of your likeness, and you have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of every identifiable individual who appears in any submitted Design to use such individual’s likeness, for purposes of using and otherwise exploiting the Design in the manner contemplated by this Policy, or, if any such identifiable individual is under the age of eighteen (18), you have obtained such written consent, release and/or permission from such individual’s parent or guardian (and you agree to provide to us a copy of any such consents, releases and/or permissions upon our request). If you do submit a submission that contains the likeness of an identifiable individual under the age of eighteen (18), we strongly encourage you not to include any identifying information (such as the individual’s name or address) with such Design.
  2. All Designs that you upload are automatically stored by EESG. EESG does not review any Designs before you upload them to the Site. As such, uploading a Design to the Site does not mean that such Design is in compliance with this Policy.  By uploading Designs to the Site, you assume full responsibility for all such Designs and for compliance with this Policy.
  3. You agree that any Design submitted as part of an order for services may be reviewed for compliance with this Policy and that EESG may refuse to use any Design and may suspend processing and shipping of any order relating to the Design. EESG and its designees reserve the right to demand confirmation from you in writing of all rights, authorizations, licenses, permissions, and consents owned or obtained by you (if any) with respect to any Design you upload to or transmit through the Site. If you fail to provide us with satisfactory confirmation upon request, we reserve the right to remove or deny access to any or all of your Designs available via the Site and to suspend or terminate your account. In addition, you agree that EESG may disclose any Design and the circumstances surrounding its submission and use to any third party in order to provide the requested services, enforce this Policy or comply with any legal obligations or governmental requests.  
  4. You agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, and third party users harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from: a. your violation of this Policy, any other agreement or terms of use with us, any representation or warranty contained herein or therein or any applicable law; 

b. your Designs; 

c. your activities in connection with obtaining any products or services from us, 

d. any activity related to access to or use of your account by you or any other person.

  1. Designs that violate this Policy may be removed from the Site; provided, however, that we have no obligation to remove Designs in response to user reports or requests. We are not responsible for, and will have no liability for, the removal, non-removal or loss of any Designs from our Site. We recommend you keep back-up copies of your Design in your own personal storage system.

  2. All trademarks and service marks on our Site not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.
